By creating an account or using Pathorithm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Pathorithm.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Pathorithm. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it updated.
You agree not to misuse Pathorithm, including: reverse-engineering or scraping the service, attempting to access another user’s data, uploading malicious content, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or interfering with its operation. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain ownership of the business information and data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Pathorithm a limited license to process Your Content through our AI models solely to generate your reports and recommendations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data you provide.
Pathorithm produces insights, scores, and recommendations using AI. These outputs are provided for informational and strategic guidance purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on outputs at your own discretion.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your subscription until you cancel. Fees, features, and plan availability may change with notice. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
Pathorithm, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by Pathorithm and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the platform.
We strive to keep Pathorithm available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any reason with notice where appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use Pathorithm ceases; we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathorithm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pathorithm operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Your continued use of Pathorithm after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
