When you create an account and run a Business DNA scan, we collect the business details you provide — such as business name, industry, location, target customers, current challenges, business goals, and marketing situation. We also collect your name, email, and account preferences needed to operate your account.

We use your business details to generate AI-powered growth intelligence: your Business Health Score, opportunity analysis, execution roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and personalized recommendations. We also use this information to improve our AI analysis, provide support, and send you product updates and reminders you opt into.

AI processing

Your business information is processed by our AI models to produce your reports and recommendations. We do not sell your data. AI outputs are generated for your account and are not used to train shared third-party models in a way that exposes your private business information to others.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored securely on our infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. Only you and authorized personnel acting on your behalf can access your account data. Generated reports and saved opportunities remain yours to view, export, or delete.

Sharing & third parties
